Cipa Frost

Hi!
I'm a born and raised New Yorker who grew up in a very noisy household. The noise was usually from my older sister rehearsing cello sonatas, or hip hop blasting from speakers while my younger sister practiced dance routines. A loud, New York, Jewish, and very funny family is my homebase. And I love it.
Growing up surrounded by music and appreciation for the arts, theater was my natural first love. This love was fostered through the children’s theater I was a part of as well as various summer programs. It grew more serious when I attended Fiorello H Laguardia High School as a drama major.
At the University of Connecticut, I honed in on my craft. Taking classes in movement, voice and speech, dialect, and clown took my passion to new heights. Attending a semester at Theatre Academy of London helped me blossom and realize my love for Shakespeare. On a constant search to grow, I love working with people who challenge and push me. Community is the anchor to my creative life, and I would love to welcome you to that community.
